What are your hours?

Due to many varying factors, we do not have set business hours nor weekly schedule as they are subject to change thanks to things like availability and weather. Instead we invite patrons to call ahead and to monitor our socials for daily updates during the season.

Generally however, we do open for picking at 8:30 am and close the patch at 4 pm. Evening picking is sometimes available, please get in touch for more information.

Are dogs/pets allowed?

Please leave your furry friends at home! Dogs and other pets are not permitted in the fields or left in vehicles. This ensures our other patrons are comfortable, safe and can enjoy the natural sounds of the patch!

Are You Organic?

While we are not certified organic, we do NOT spray any of our berries with any pesticides, fungicides or herbicides. That means sometimes you will see the result of a natural patch from insect visitors to the occasional weeds. Rest assured this makes for the best berries.

What should we bring?

We accept cash, cheque and E-Transfer. We provide patrons with everything needed for picking including buckets, bags and straps. So all you need is sunscreen, water and picking endurance!

Can I pre-order freshly picked?

You most certainly can! When you place an order, either online,by phone or via our socials you can select exactly how many pints or quarts of blueberries or raspberries you’d like. Our team then gets busy picking and we call you when your order is ready for pick-up. You’ll usually receive a call within 1-3 business days.

What kind of berries do you have? How old are they?

Our blueberry patch features highbush blueberries (Vaccinium corymbosum), in several varieties, that turn 31 years old in 2024.

We grow two varieties of raspberries (Rubus idaeus), Eden - thornless and Nova. Our bushes were planted in 2019.

The sea buckthorns were planted in 2009, making them 14 years old in 2024.

How do you freeze berries?

We highly recommend placing berries onto baking sheets for about 8-13 minutes. Once frozen you can then transfer into freezer-safe bags. This ensures your berries do not get frozen together into one big block. We also do not recommend washing prior to freezing, as we do not spray this is not necessary!

Do you offer wholesale?

While we can fulfill fairly large orders, we offer consistent pricing to our public and our private partners. To place an order for fresh or frozen fruit, please get in touch.
